Do I need to install anything?

All the major OTAs, including Booking.com, Airbnb, Agoda, and Expedia, plus many more. The channel manager connects to a global network of booking channels, so if your guests book it, you can most likely sync it from one place and stop double-entering across extranets.

What counts as a “connected room”?

A room that you map to at least one OTA channel. Rooms you keep PMS-only are never billed for the channel manager.

Can I add or remove connected rooms later?

Anytime. Connect more rooms as you list them and your price recalculates at the matching volume tier. Connect fewer and you simply pay less.

Do OTA reviews and messages come into BIND Room?

Yes. OTA messages land in one inbox and reviews with category scores are pulled in, so you reply and track reputation without hopping between extranets.

How does pricing work?

One PMS subscription runs your whole property. Then you add the channel manager per connected room, and the price per room drops as you grow into the next volume tier.

Do I pay for rooms that aren’t on any OTA?

No. Those rooms still live in the PMS at no extra cost. You only pay the per-room channel manager fee for rooms you actually connect to OTAs.

What is the difference between monthly and yearly?

Exactly the same features. The yearly cycle is billed once for the year at a lower effective monthly rate, plus extra bonus trial days on first signup.
